At SeBella Luxe Hair, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase and delighted with the quality of your hair.

Should you wish to return your order, we offer an extended 30-day return period, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To ensure the quality, authenticity and hygienic integrity of our luxury human hair products, returned items must be in their original, unused and unaltered condition.

To be eligible for a standard return:

• The product must be returned in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
• The hair must not have been worn, installed or attached to natural hair.
• The hair must not have been washed, cut, brushed beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, coloured, bleached, toned or chemically treated.
• The hair must not have been treated with purple or silver shampoo or other colour-altering products.
• Any original hygiene or security seals must remain intact for returns made under our voluntary extended return policy.
• The product must not otherwise have been altered, customised or damaged.
• Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned, except where required by law.

Please handle the hair carefully when inspecting your order. Human hair is a delicate, premium product, and unnecessary handling or alteration may affect its condition and value.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

How to Return Your Order

Returning your order is simple:

1. Register your return through your customer account, contact us at info@sebellaluxe.com, or notify us by another clear means of communication.
2. Once your return request has been received, we will provide you with the relevant return instructions and, where available, a return shipping label.
3. Carefully package the product to protect it during transportation.
4. Send your return within the applicable return period.
5. Once your return has arrived, our team will carefully inspect the product.
6. When your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and you will receive confirmation from us.

For the statutory right of withdrawal, use of our return portal or a specific return form is not mandatory.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of an error by SeBella Luxe Hair or applicable law requires otherwise.

Where we provide a prepaid return label for a standard return, the applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund if this has been clearly communicated beforehand.
