- The hair must not have been treated with purple or silver shampoo or other colour-altering products.
- Any original hygiene or security seals must remain intact for returns made under our voluntary extended return policy.
- The product must not otherwise have been altered, customised or damaged.
- Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned, except where required by law.
Please handle the hair carefully when inspecting your order. Human hair is a delicate, premium product, and unnecessary handling or alteration may affect its condition and value.
